Baked Potato Casserole

Potatoes, sliced
Small chunks of butter
1 1/2 cup heavy cream

Layer potatoes in casserole dish with chunks of butter in between. Pour heavy cream over entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. May add optional shredded cheese.
